Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy describes how WENHE MACHINERY handles personal data submitted through this website. It covers the website only. It is written to describe what the site actually does today; it is not a certification of compliance with any specific data protection framework.
1. Data we collect
We only collect data that you enter yourself, plus the technical data any web server records.
- Inquiry data: name, company name, business email address, country or region, product of interest, estimated quantity and the requirement description you submit through the inquiry form.
- Source information: the page from which the inquiry was started, so we can tell which product the request refers to.
- Server logs: the hosting provider records standard request data such as IP address, user agent, timestamp and requested URL for security and availability purposes.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookie-less measurement service, to count page views and see which pages visitors find useful. It does not set cookies, does not store personal identifiers and does not track visitors across other websites. We do not run advertising pixels or marketing trackers of any kind.
2. How inquiry data is transmitted
No form delivery service is connected to this site at the moment. When you submit the form, the site prepares an email in your own email application. The data is not stored on the website and is only transmitted to us if you send that email yourself.
3. Why we process it
- To answer your inquiry and prepare a quotation.
- To discuss technical requirements and configurations for the machines you ask about.
- To keep a record of commercial correspondence for the duration of the business relationship.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use inquiry data for advertising or for unrelated marketing messages.
4. Who the data is shared with
Inquiry data is accessible to the people handling your request and, where necessary, to the supplying factory for the purpose of preparing a technical offer. Where a form delivery or hosting provider is involved, data passes through that provider's infrastructure. We do not share data with any other third party unless we are legally required to do so.
5. Retention
Inquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and any resulting commercial relationship. Server logs are retained by the hosting provider according to its own retention settings.
6. Your requests
You can ask what personal data we hold about you, request a correction, or ask for it to be deleted where no legal or contractual obligation requires us to keep it. Send the request to lvnong69@gmail.com.
7. Security
This site is served over HTTPS. Access to inquiry data is limited to the people who need it to answer your request. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Changes
If the way this site handles data changes — for example when a form service or analytics tool is added — this page will be updated before that change goes live.
9. Status of this document
This is a practical, plain-language policy for a B2B product website. It has not been certified or approved by a data protection authority, and it does not by itself establish compliance with the GDPR or any other legal framework. The operating company should have it reviewed against its actual practices, its hosting location and its target markets before the site is promoted commercially.
